The company was founded in 1967 when George King, a chef, and Pat Domanik, a caterer, began selling fresh hors doeuvres to local Chicago hotels. As the demand for our product increased, Appetizers And, Inc. began offering a selection of frozen hors doeuvres allowing us to increase our scope of distribution and provide timely response to our customers. We have national distribution across the country as well as a direct sales force serving every major city in the U.S. Throughout the years, Appetizers And, Inc. has continually refined the methods used to hand-craft our products. Through extensive research and customer feedback, we have developed products with an array of benefits that meet our customers many and varied needs. Our recipes and fresh ingredients assure our products have made-on-premise quality. Our freezing process is state-of-the-art, providing superior quality and fresh taste. Our packaging is innovative, and designed for maximum customer convenience. For example, items are packaged in 25 piece trays and 100 count cases to match the typical menu, which is written in multiples of 100 pieces.
